i had a romantic stay, and this hotel surpassed my previous experiences in canterbury. the room was large and comfortable, and the staff were always smiling and accommodating. breakfast was a highlight, especially the freshly baked pastries and selection of organic juices.

the tv remote didn’t work.

stayed at best western and loved the cozy rooms. the lobby was charming, and it felt like home right away. the location is excellent, close to the canterbury tales and the roman museum. i was really impressed by the helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us.
